Pan Fried Shiitake Mushroom Bacon

There was a lot of interest in my previous post about Crispy Shiitake Mushroom Bacon, so I thought I’d follow up with a much quicker way to prepare this savory treat. The recipe is nearly identical, but instead of roasting in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour, you cook on a non-stick skillet for 15-20 minutes.
